Dr. Marshall is originally from Owatonna, MN and a graduate of Willmar High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and molecular biology and her Bachelor of Arts in chemistry at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. She then earned her doctorate at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL and completed a series of clinical externships in a variety of clinical settings throughout the Midwest. She has special interest in primary care, ocular disease management, pediatrics, and low-vision.
Dr. Marshall is a member of both the Minnesota Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She is also an active Alumni Ambassador for the Illinois College of Optometry Admissions team. Dr. Marshall and her husband live in the Wadena area with their son, Archer. Her interests outside of Optometry include spending time with family and friends, camping, gardening, and running with her dog, Ginny.
